Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

We ship worldwide!

We offer Standard Economy Shipping for all orders at a flat rate of $170. Please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. 

We also offer Expedited Shipping option at $420. The shipping time is approximately 1-2 weeks. 

All shipments are delivered directly to your doorstep. Each instrument is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it's in perfect condition, and every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Receiving 

Please understand that once your order is handed over to the local carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure successful delivery, including being present at the delivery location. If the tracking confirms delivery, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. In the event of a dispute, we will gladly assist in facilitating communication with the local carrier to help resolve the matter.

 

Returns and Refund Policy  

We thoroughly inspect each instrument prior to shipment to ensure it leaves in perfect condition. However, if your instrument arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. If the damage is determined to be due to manufacturing or occurred during shipping, we will approve your return request. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. Damage caused after the package is opened is not eligible for returns or refunds. Damaged accessories are not refundable. 

 

Warranty

All Zen Tones instruments come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in manufacturing.

Covered manufacturing defects include:

  • Dislocation of glued parts
  • Breakage of the soundboard or baseboard not caused by human action
